Garlic Roasted Brussel Sproutsposted by Jennifer
In keeping with the Thanksgiving theme, here is another one of my favorite side dishes! Brussel sprouts aren’t for everyone, but my family has come to LOVE them! Roasting them in the oven gives them a wonderful taste. The mixture of the garlic and seasoning on these makes them the perfect side for your Thanksgiving turkey! These garlic roasted brussel sprouts are so simple to prepare you can do this ahead of time and throw them in the oven right before you get ready to serve! These will not disappoint!
What You’ll Need:
- 2 lbs Brussel Sprouts ( 2 Packages if prepackaged)
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Garlic
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. I use coconut oil spray.
Put the whole brussel sprouts in a strainer and rinse with cold water. After they are well rinsed cut off the ends and cut down the middle. Throw the cut brussel sprouts into a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and and sprinkle seasonings over the brussel sprouts and toss until they are fully coated.
Put onto baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are beginning to brown. I brown mine slightly more!
These are so delicious and so easy to make. Enjoy!!!
